Builder Showroom & Residential Home Selection

Advantage Contractor Solutions provides builder design services to new residential home builders.  The service ranges from a flooring “design experience”, where we assist the builder and home owner in flooring selections, to a full “builder showcase” where we are responsible for the entire selection showroom, encompassing all interior home selections.  Our degreed designers are qualified and trained in the selection and coordination of appliances, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, trim packages, etc.

Builder HVAC System & Permit Ready Design

Our on-staff engineer/design team utilizes the latest Computer-Aided Design (Auto CAD) software to design, draw and layout a quality and efficient heating and cooling system for a residential home.  This service is performed for the communities we work in along with providing a “permit ready” drawings for village submittal prior to the startup of a new community.
